GROUND ROUND

Lean, Clean, and Full of Flavor

Our Ground Round is a 90/10% blend made from the round primal — a naturally lean section known for its fine texture and mild, beef-forward taste. This grind is perfect for those who want wholesome, nutrient-dense meals that are light on fat but big on flavor.


Flavor profile: Mild, clean, and naturally beefy.

Texture: Fine and tender, with minimal fat for a lighter finish.

Best for: Tacos, chili, stuffed peppers, skillet meals, and meal prep dishes.

Our Ground Chuck is a 75/25% blend and the classic choice for anyone who believes ground Beef should taste indulgent. Sourced from the chuck primal — the same area known for its natural marbling and rich — this grind delivers incredible flavor and juiciness in every bite.

PRIMAL GROUND

The Most Nutrient-Dense Beef on the Ranch

Our Primal Ground is made from our standard ground (85/15%) and is for those who want more from their beef — more nourishment, more minerals, more natural vitality. We’ve blended 5% liver, 5% heart, and 3% kidney into our signature ground beef, creating a perfectly balanced mix that’s rich in essential nutrients and surprisingly familiar in flavor.

About Our Beef

We own the supply chain, from Birth to Slaughter - what our cattle consume is grown on the same ranches they are born and raised on. Grass-Started, Grain-Finished, aged for 21 Days and graded USDA Prime or Choice. When you buy our Beef, we can trace it all the way back to the animal it originated from, and we never use antibiotics or hormones —we know our customers value purity and transparency. Order now and bring home the Beef, "From Our Pasture to Your Table."
