Refund policy
We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund if there is an issue with your order!
You won't have to send anything back to us!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your shipment is damaged, thawing or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept meat return once it has been shipped to you. No worries, if you have an issue with your order, we're here to help! If there is an issue with your order, we can process a refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
