We’re Tres & Kayli Clawson, part of the family behind Leon River Premium Beef. Both of our families come from a long line of ranching and rodeo heritage. It was Tres’ dad, Jim, who had the idea to expand our family’s ranching legacy into a Premium Beef business. Together, we’ve grown Leon River Premium Beef into something we are truly proud of – being able to share our Ranch Raised Beef with families!

The idea started simply: we were butchering cattle to feed our own family, and the meat was so good (we might be a little partial!) that we thought, why not share it with our community? Thankfully, they agreed! We opened our Meat Market in Gatesville, TX in 2022.

Everyone in our family plays a part in our success. Our Beef is a labor of love, and we’re proud to share it with you and your loved ones.
