WE ARE CURRENTLY ORDERING 2-2.5 MONTHS IN ADVANCE

Quarters: Our quarters currently come pre-cut with your choice of T-bones or NY Strip.

Halves and Wholes: You chose exactly how you would like it cut! Price is calculated when beef is delivered, not when beef is ordered.

Current Bulk pricing is based on HANGING WEIGHT

• Quarters: $7.05/lb hanging weight

• Halves & Wholes: $6.95/lb hanging weight

You pay your deposit and then you will receive a confirmation email including a link to our cut sheet. If you have not filled out a cut sheet before, I will set up a call with you so we can go through it together! I will send you a final email letting you know when your beef will be ready to pickup at our store.
