PRICING

• $150 IS ONLY THE DEPOSIT, NOT THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE QUARTER
• $7.70/lb hanging weight, average Quarter Carcass is 175 to 240 lbs. hanging weight. 
  
• Totals can range from $1,300-$1,850 depending on the hanging weight. 
• Final pricing is calculated when beef is DELIVERED, not when beef is ordered
• Hanging weight price per lb subject to increase or decrease depending on current input costs
• Standard processing fees are included in the hanging weight price
• Deposit is applied to your final balance, DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE

• Approximately 30-40% ground beef
• The remainder as a wide variety of: NY Strip, Filet, Ribeye, Sirloin, Skirt (Fajita), Roasts, Round Steaks, Short Ribs
• Briskets are not included on a quarter. If you would like to add one for $75, please select add Brisket below.
